Visitors have use of an inside flushing toilet and shower two minutes from the house. On sunny days there is plenty of hot water as we have installed a solar water heater on the south side of the roof. The extension includes space which includes an area for recharging electrical equipment. A box of games and toys is available for children.
A compost toilet and running water at an outdoor sink is provided close to the camping area and yurt site.
Outside the shower room we have built an area with electrical sockets for the recharging of electrical devices. WiFi is available both in the extension and areas around the yurt and bothy.
We are also now offering bespoke gardening courses in vegetable growing for the number of days that suit you.
Our elevated camping area means a light breeze is common. Along with the lack of trees and open water, the chance of midge attacks is reduced!
